Guidlines

So here is how it is gonna work.  Let's start off with some appetizers and work our way through to deserts.  Beer ice cream perhaps?  I am going to try to cook the winning submissions myself on camera as we go through the courses and post the results on MANLAND.  I can burn water, so make sure that the instructions are EASY to follow.  If you can include pics that would certainly help the chances of a winning submission.

The end goal is to get a book together and your winning submission will be credited to you and will include pics of your MANLAND in the final product.  But if nothing happens at least you get to see me make a complete ass out of myself on camera LOL.

So come on dudes, I know for a fact that there is some kick ass MANcipes out there just dying to get out!

Well lets see if I can make it with all the updates this is going to take. I started with some pork spareribs. Last night I made up some dry rub( Montreal steak seasoning and dark brown sugar.cumin cayenne pepper lemon juice garlic powder oblong powder. Mix it till you like the flavor and rub it in real good. The sugar will melt it into the meat.) Stick them back in the fridge till next morning.take out and let them warm to room temp while you turn on the smoker.9 I. Have a traeger grill smoker.and I love it!) Once warmed up a little put them on the smoker. I am thinke about 6 hours for smoking today.
