In Beer, BBQ and Mancaves we trust!!

100 bottles of beer on the wall.

I want to make a wall display of 100 bottles of beer on the wall (I have wanted to do this since my college days) and want to make it of micro breweries instead of the name brands. If anyone has any ideas on any to add to the list, please state here. Granted, I live in Texas and there may be some laws on having them shipped across state lines, but, I may be able to acquire them from the local liquor store. (Spec's is one of the largest warehouse shops) I am looking for the 12oz. bottles and dark brews if they are available and If they are multiple levels (dark, lite, etc.)

Any ideas?

DAMN!!! 700... I knew there were a few beers out there that I hadn't thought of, but, I don't think that I would get anywhere near that many...Too small a space...It's just an idea... Still needs a little work to plan out. Still not sure how I would even store them until I can get a decent display...LOL It took me 20 years to come up with the guts to even get this far... Too many moochers in my life...

Hey John.. Depending on the size of your space you could build shelves out of 2x4s. That will save you space and should be deep enough for the bottles. If you want to make sure none fall off your new wall us a 1 inch trim piece on the front of each shelf. Should be an easy and inexpensive project. Hammer, nails, 2x4s and perfered paint if you want to make it one of a kind! Good luck!

Believe me...there was finally a point when I was like "what the fuck am I doing". Part of it was moving into a studio apartment. If you have the room more power to you guys.

Let me modify the topic a little. Does anyone have any bottles, cans, older neon, plaques, etc of any cool / unique / outdated (Gilly's, Billy Beer, etc.) Show pics please.
